This is the best University in Ba Sing Se, and possibly the whole Earth Kingdom. The University mainly teaches Earthbending skills to the students, other subjects indude Language, Culture, Politics, History, and so forth.
Only students and professors with a PASS can get in. Or else, you will be kicked out.
